Hospitality Opportunities for People Re-entering Society (HOPES): 

Join us for a brief, informative webinar to learn how your business can access job-ready hospitality candidates who will be available for employment over the next 18 months in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. Hospitality Institute partners, including the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) and Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries, will be on hand to explain the screening, training, and support provided to candidates, as well as to answer employer questions about the hiring process. 

What you’ll learn:

  • The types of candidates available 
  • Training and soft-skills development completed before hire 
  • How employers can participate with minimal risk and maximum support 
  • Bonding and tax credits that are available
