2025 Q4 Board of Directors Meeting

Description

The ORHA Board of Directors will meet on December 9, 2025, for a quarterly review of organizational performance, governance actions, and key strategic updates. The meeting will include approval of previous minutes and pre-reads, election of a new director, annual award recognitions, the CEO’s performance and financial update, and a presentation of the 2026 Operating Plan and Budget. Board members will also receive updates from Membership, Government Affairs, and the Hospitality Institute during a working lunch. The session will conclude with executive discussions.
